Certificate recovery flows are crticial many use cases including recovering lost or damaged certificates.
You don't need to do anything in the Workspace ONE UEM configuration to use the certificate recovery flow. As long as the certificate profile is configured correctly, the same endpoint which issues certificates can be adapted for certificate recovery.
To ensure the recovery flow functions as expected, select Deliver the escrowed certificate for matching enrollment requests as the DigiCert cloud key escrow but do not select Allow duplicate certificates.
