Filter Data in Horizon Console Grids

You can use inline, column-level filters to narrow the data displayed in any Horizon Console data grid. Column-level filtering replaces the previous Advanced Filter modal and free-text search.

Prerequisites

You must have access to the Horizon Console page that contains the data grid you want to filter.

Procedure

  1. In Horizon Console, navigate to the page that contains the data grid you want to filter.

  2. Click the filter control in the column header of the column you want to filter by.

  3. Type a filter value for that column. The grid updates as you type, without requiring a separate apply action.

  4. To filter by additional columns, repeat steps 2 and 3 for each column.

Multiple column filters combine using AND logic. The grid displays only the rows that match all active column filters.

  5. To clear an individual column filter, remove the text from that column's filter control.

  6. To reset all column filters on the grid at once, click the Clear button.

The grid displays only the rows that match all active column filters. The filter configuration is saved in the URL. If you refresh the page or share the URL, the same filtered view is restored.
