New Features

Cleaner Banners on Favorites and Catalog Tabs
The Rating prompt banner and pending EULA banners have been moved under a View All option on the Favorites and Catalog tabs. This reduces visual clutter on these screens while keeping important actions accessible when needed.

Improved “Last Updated” Timestamp Visibility
The Last updated timestamp displayed on app listings now uses an improved font weight and contrast, making it easier to read at a glance.

Pull-to-Refresh Improvements
The pull-to-refresh interaction has been enhanced to provide more accurate and timely content updates when users pull down to refresh their app lists and feeds.

Conditional Access registration status now visible in Hub
Conditional Access registration status is now shown in Support next to Enrollment and Compliance status.

Workspace ONE Mobile Threat Defense “Keep Alive” Notification Suppression
With this release, admins can now disable the MTD “Keep Alive” notifications that is shown to a user when they terminate the hub app via a Key-Value Pair (KVP) in the MTD configuration profile. This gives organizations more control over the end-user notification experience, particularly for large-scale BYOD deployments.

Resolved Issues

The following bugs reported in prior releases have been resolved in Hub 26.06.

• HUBI-13263: The “Email Logs to Omnissa” option under Account → Support now correctly displays in the user’s selected locale. Previously, this string remained in English regardless of the device language setting.
• HUBI-13262: Rich text notifications now correctly respect the dynamic font size set in iOS Accessibility settings. Previously, increasing the system font size had no effect on rich text notification content.
• HUBI-13108: The “Last Seen” label in the Device Info section of the Support tab now displays correctly in Simplified Chinese. Previously, the translated placeholder string was shown instead of the formatted value.
• HUBI-12385: The Books detail view no longer snaps or jumps against the bottom navigation bar when the screen first loads.
• MTD-3272: Safe Browsing activated notification appears when Hub is terminated.

Support for Rich Text formatting in Notifications
We are adding support for Rich Text Notifications in Intelligent Hub’s For You tab. Notifications are configured in the Hub Services Console.

Hub Horizon Virtual Apps improved support
Enhanced support for Horizon's latest features is now available.

Removal of the Introducing Widgets banner
Don’t worry we aren’t removing the widgets, just the banner that has shown up for a while.

Login Hint for Conditional Access Registration
Post enrollment, when users log in to register for conditional access, user UPN will be fetched from UEM and will the pre-populated on the Microsoft prompt so they will have to enter the password only.

Improvements to CICO
Users can now send logs when Check Out fails and in Access Error Screens. This option is available in the overflow menu under Send Feedback.

Enable opening websites from Hub in Chrome and Edge
We are enabling websites to open in Chrome and Edge rather than the default Safari browser. This is configured in UEM where you deploy web applications by adding the prefixes below. Use the URL schemes in UEM to launch into other browsers, the “s” indicates https, Omnissa | Products and solutions for the digital workspace is used as the example, replace with your own URLs.

Configurable Support Contact information
Support contact information can be configured in Hub Services and it will overwrite what is configured in UEM.

Workspace ONE Mobile Threat Defense (MTD) Phishing and Content Protection (PCP) for unmanaged and ADUE enrollments
Workspace ONE Mobile Threat Defense (MTD) Phishing and Content Protection (PCP) is now supported on iOS devices that are not managed by UEM or that are enrolled via user‑account–driven enrollment (ADUE). This is delivered by Intelligent Hub and extends PCP protections to more of your mobile fleet that are not under full device management.

Removal of the “Enable Push Notifications” toggle in the Account screen

We've removed the “Enable Push Notifications” notification toggle from the Account screen to prevent end users from disabling notifications within Hub. When this feature is removed, push notifications will be re-enabled on all devices that previously disabled them on this screen. To turn them off, users must do so from the iOS Settings.

Conditional Access Registration from Hub

You can now start conditional access registration from Hub. Use the following KVP to display a button that enables conditional access:

• Legacy Catalog EOL: The Legacy Catalog is now EOL for all platforms (iOS, Android, macOS and Windows) and if you are still using the Legacy App Catalog, you should migrate to the new catalog in Intelligent Hub. For more information, refer to this KB article.

• Conditional Entitlement Polices for Hub: Administrators in Hub Services can show or block applications in the Hub catalog based on conditions available in Workspace ONE Access Conditional Access Policies. Blocked applications will be shown with a lock icon on their app tile.

• Configurable delay after check-in before the next check-out: For Check-in/Check-out users, Hub has a configurable delay that pauses before allowing a user to check the device back out to allow additional time for UEM to process the check out. To configure, use the custom SDK setting ClearAppWaitTimeout:10 where the 10 is the time in seconds for the length in which you would like for Hub to wait while UEM cleans up the check in.

New Features

• Legacy Catalog EOL Notice: Legacy Catalog has reached End of General Support and End of Life scheduled for April 30, 2025. Ensure that you have migrated your catalog from the Legacy Catalog configured in UEM to the new catalog configured in Hub Services. If you already have Access environments (required for Hub Services), then you are ready to migrate to Hub Services enabled Catalog in Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub. For additional details, refer to the KB article.

• Dark and Tinted Hub App Icon (this does not include custom icons set in Hub Services): We are introducing support for dark mode and tinted icons for the Hub app on your iOS and iPadOS home screen.

• Apple Books Support: We are introducing support for Apple Books in the Hub Catalog. This functionality was previously found in the Books web clip on the device.

• Removal of the TOU banner for other devices: Due to customer feedback, we have removed the notification banner that previously appeared when new enrollment Terms of Use needed to be accepted for other devices linked to the same user account.

• Deep Link into All Apps Section of Hub (wsonehub://apps/category?name=AllApps): We have added the capability to deep link into the All Apps category to help customers transition their end users over due to the EOL of the Legacy Catalog. Administrators can now create a web link that incorporates this deep link, enabling users to launch the Hub App from a web clip. This enhancement will guide users to their new catalog location.

• Enable re-registration for Google BeyondCorp: Before each registration attempt, we have now enabled the disconnect of the previous Google account so the user can register a new account and not get stuck with the single Google account.

• Legacy Catalog EOL Notice: The Legacy Catalog in UEM for SaaS UEM Customers will be EOGS on August 31, 2024 and EOL on October 31, 2024. Refer to KB article for details.

  Note: Workspace ONE Access is required for migration and if not already configured in your environment, you need to configure it. If you are using the App Catalog in Intelligent Hub, then you are already migrated and no action is needed. This applies for all platforms (iOS, Android, macOS, Windows).

• Intelligent Hub now features a new logo and updated splash screens as part of our transition to Omnissa.

• Enrollment Terms of Use: We now have the support for Terms of Use which end users must agree to after enrolling to use Intelligent Hub. This is configured and assigned in the UEM console under Settings > Devices & Users > Enrollment > Require Enrollment Terms of Use Acceptance. This functionality allows users to accept Terms of Use for other devices on their user account from another device.

• Workspace ONE Mobile Threat Defense: Phishing and Content Protection (PCP) now also supports the new Tunnel client application. The screenshots and images of Tunnel in the PCP screens in Hub show the new app.
