The Remote Control tool in Omnissa RemoteHelp Plus allows you to control the end-user device remotely for troubleshooting and customer service purposes.
If Remote View is the "read only" tool, then Remote Control is the "write" tool of Omnissa RemoteHelp. The virtual keyboard feature is available.
You have full control over the Android, macOS, or Windows 10 device during this Remote Control session (Omnissa RemoteHelp Plus customers only).
iOS devices are limited to Remote View sessions only.
