Workspace ONE Tunnel 26.03.1

New Features

Workspace ONE Tunnel 26.03

New Features

Support zero-downtime Tunnel certificate rotation
Starting with Workspace ONE UEM 2602, Tunnel client on iOS supports zero-downtime server certificate rotation for both Workspace ONE CA and 3rd Party CA issued certificates.

New Custom Setting
Introducing Tunnel profile custom setting to manage Rapid DTR sync interval. The Tunnel client will periodically check-in with Workspace ONE APIs on this interval and locally update the DTR with changes, if any.
Add the following custom setting in the VPN-Tunnel profile > Custom Configuration section.
Key: ClientSyncInterval
Value: Time in minutes (Default: 240)

New Features

• Improvements to DNS resolution workflow when Private Relay is enabled.

• App Config information is now added to the Tunnel log.

• PPAT-20577: Compatibility with IPv6 SRV domains for Kerberos authentication.

Workspace ONE Tunnel 25.08

New Features

• Support for IPv6 CIDR notation in DTR.

• Send Tunnel client log to Workspace ONE UEM.

  • User can now use the “Send logs to admin” option to upload the Tunnel client log to UEM.
  • Log can be retrieved from the UEM console by navigating to: Device > Details View > More > Attachments.

Adjusted connection timeout thresholds to better handle delayed or partial responses and minimize disruptions during periods of poor connectivity.

Workspace ONE Tunnel 25.04

New Features

• Improvements to PCP workflow to address slowness observed on iOS 18.4 devices.
• Reintroducing support for udp:* in DTR. This may be useful for applications that leverage bypass flows or rely heavily on UDP, such as VOIP applications.

Workspace ONE Tunnel 24.08

New Features

In this release, we’ve made a few updates containing general quality and performance improvements with one new feature.

• TLS 1.3 Support

  • Tunnel Gateway already supports TLS 1.3 starting UAG 2309

• Improvements to Tunnel server connection behavior for bypass flows. This may be useful for applications that leverage bypass flows or rely heavily on UDP, such as VOIP applications.

• Improved in-app troubleshooting support:

  • Debug log timer 

  • Diagnostic log retrieval

Resolved Issues

PPAT-17109: IP/CIDR Device Traffic Rules are not enforced in Full Device mode.
