Flush the Memcached Cache

After changing any Memcached configuration settings, you must flush the cache and then restart the Workspace ONE UEM application and all related services.

Data returned from Memcached does not reflect manual updates to the database; only replication. Any database updates entered manually are not reflected in query results returned by Memcached until after the cache as been flushed.

Procedure

1. From the Workspace ONE UEM console main menu, navigate to Groups & Settings > All Settings > Installation > Cache Settings.

2. Select Flush All.
