Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub 26.07 for Android (August 2026)

New Features

• Passwords are now hidden from screen share sessions when the users authenticate with Workspace ONE Access through Intelligent Hub (Android 13+):. If a remote screen share session is running on the device and a user types a password when authenticating in Intelligent Hub against Workspace ONE Access, the password is hidden so that it is not visible in the screen share session. Supported on devices running Android 13 and higher.

• Improved enrollment performance on low-memory devices: In low-memory devices, the Android OS may attempt to shut down Intelligent Hub during Custom DPC enrollment. To safeguard against this, Intelligent Hub now runs a foreground service during enrollment.

• Support updating default app categories: Default app categories in the Apps tab now update automatically to reflect the latest catalog changes.

• Minimum OS version for EID reporting reduced to Android 13 (Custom DPC):. Workspace ONE UEM can now collect and report on the Embedded Identity Document (EID) of Android 13+ devices, lowering the minimum OS version from Android 15 to Android 13.

• AAGNT-203147: Workspace ONE Launcher repeatedly shows login screen on checkout.

• AAGNT-202966: New record is sometimes not created when a corporate-owned Zebra device is re-enrolled.

• AAGNT-203189: Zebra devices may not unenroll when wiped from UEM Console.

• AAGNT-202911: Low-memory devices fail to complete Work Profile mode enrollment.

• HUB-12377: The toolbar in dark mode did not follow the branding color.

• HUB-12457: After an OS upgrade from Android 12 to Android 14, the preferential network profile was still shown as unsupported.

• HUB-12487: The notification block in dark mode appeared with a white background on OS 9.0.

• HUB-12577: In RTL layouts, the reorder control and app icons on Favorites were spaced too close together.

• HUB-13083: Removing Samsung OEM restrictions sometimes did not revert the setting on the device.

• HUB-13084: The VIDM username field was empty and not prefetched after a device sat idle for an extended period.

• HUB-13061: App crashed when another device associated with the same user was selected.

Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub 26.05 for Android (May 2026)

New Features

• Option to Disable All Files Access Permission Prompt: Administrators can now configure a custom Key-Value Pair (KVP) setting in Workspace ONE UEM to prevent Hub from prompting end users for the All Files access permission during the activation of Mobile Threat Defense (MTD). When enabled, Intelligent Hub will not ask users to grant the All Files access permission. The setting defaults to FALSE (prompt shown) and can be delivered to devices via both Organization Group and smart group–based MTD configuration payloads.

• AAGNT-202698: Apps fail to query certificates from Intelligent Hub using WS ONE SDK.

• HUB-12869: Newly enrolled Zebra devices are showing up in Workspace ONE with the wrong model.

Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub 26.04 for Android (April 2026)

New Features

• Users can launch Intelligent Hub deep link flows from Hub Catalog: You can now publish Web Links containing Intelligent Hub deep links to the Intelligent Hub Catalog. This lets users take a variety of actions in Intelligent Hub, such as launching conditional access registration and allowing collection of EID from employee-owned devices, from the Hub Catalog.

• Improved reporting on application provisioning failures: You can now see if Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub failed to download or install an internal application. Failure events are posted to the Workspace ONE UEM Event Log.

Resolved Issues

• AAGNT-202757: IMEI is not sent in Application Configuration when application is installed shortly after enrollment.

• AAGNT-202639: Predefined passcode is intermittently not set during enrollment.

• HUB-12822: End user login to staged Android device fails with Intelligent Hub 26.02.

• HUB-12865: Enrollment may fail if reboot is executed during enrollment.

Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub 26.03 for Android (April 2026)

New Features

• Collect Embedded Identity Document (EID) from Android 15+ devices: You can now collect the EID from managed devices on Android 15 and higher across all management types. With some mobile carriers, organizations must provide the carrier the device EID before they can add an eSIM from that carrier to the device. Collecting EID can be used in conjunction with the Add eSIM command in Workspace ONE UEM 2602 and higher to provision eSIMs over the air. On employee-owned devices, users must consent to sharing their EID with their organization. To start this user consent request, users must launch the wsonehub://eid deep link on their device. Organizations must distribute this deep link through a Hub Services notification, email, intranet site, or otherwise.

• Device Full Screen Alert for Urgent Notifications: Notifications sent with the Urgent priority to devices that are locked will show a full screen notification on the lock screen where users will be guided to unlock their device and open Hub to read the full details of the notification. At this time, only the title of the notification will show on the lock screen.

• Report a custom attribute for Omnissa MX Service for Zebra installation status: The new custom attribute can be found in Workspace ONE UEM under [Devices > List View > (select device) > More > Custom Attributes].

• Improved logging for devices marked as Compromised. When a device is marked as Compromised, new events are posted in Workspace ONE UEM and Intelligent Hub audit logs store additional information on the reason for the status change.

• Resilience enhancements for Hub check-in flow with Workspace ONE UEM: Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub checks in with Workspace ONE UEM to process pending actions, such as installation or removal of applications. This flow now has enhanced resilience to network connectivity issues and communications issues with Workspace ONE UEM.

• OpenSSL libraries are updated to 3.x

• HUB-12699: Workspace ONE MTD PCP fails to activate on devices.

• MTD-3126: Timestamp resets incorrectly for domains blocked by Workspace ONE MTD.

Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub 26.02.1 for Android (March 2026)

Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub 26.02 for Android (March 2026)

New Features

Support for remotely managing eSIMs (Custom DPC): Workspace ONE UEM now allows administrators to remotely manage embedded SIMs (eSIMs) on Android 15+ devices managed using Custom DPC. See Known Issues below for eSIM management limitations in Intelligent Hub 26.02.

View and monitor multiple SIMs in Device Details (Custom DPC): Workspace ONE UEM now lets administrators see multiple SIMs on dual-SIM and eSIM-capable devices, so you are no longer limited to just the primary SIM slot.

Error messages during enrollment are more detailed Historically, Intelligent Hub has shown a generic “Something went wrong with discovery” message for any error that occurs when the user enters their email address or server URL to start enrollment. Intelligent Hub now presents more detailed error messages that indicate why this step has failed.

Consistency for Quick Actions across multiple devices: Devices on the same account sometimes have different Quick options available to them. By supporting the Support templates from Hub Services we consistently keep actions that are not available on some devices, not available to be triggered remotely on others.

Resolved Issues

• HUB-12649: App Details showing blank in Dark theme.

• HUB-12635: Unable to see version on app list view consistently.

• HUB-10377: Consistency in Hub Quick actions on different devices using Support Templates.

• AAGNT-202142: Files are not persisted when Files/Actions only contains files.

• AAGNT-202472: Serial number is “unknown” for Samsung devices, causing enrollment failures.

Known Issues

• Cannot remove eSIMs from employee-owned.

Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub 26.01 for Android (February 2026)

New Features

• Communication with Workspace ONE UEM is now more resilient to network connectivity issues: Intelligent Hub will now more gracefully handle situations where the device temporarily loses network connectivity. Retry logic is introduced to handle cases where sending samples to Workspace ONE UEM or retrieving messages from AirWatch Cloud Messaging (AWCM) is interrupted.

• Reorder of your favorited entitlements: Favorited entitlements (apps and websites) can now be reordered. The order will persist across other devices on your account that have the same operating system. Order on Web persists on web and order on Android devices will be consistent.

• Support for Rich text notifications: We now support “For You” notifications with rich text, allowing you to use formatting such as bullets, italics, and bold.

• AAGNT-201842: Play Protect is intermittently disabled despite SafetyNet App Verify being enabled in Hub Settings.

• AAGNT-202324: Users asked to provider username during enrollment despite username being included in enrollment configuration.

• AAGNT-202146: Repeated “invalid credentials” errors in directory server for devices enrolled using advanced single-user staging.

• HUB-12291: Push notification Message sent from device details page does not appear in the For You page until Hub is backgrounded and brought back into the foreground.

• HUB-12430: Localization improvements for Japanese.

Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub 25.11 for Android (December 2025)

New Features

• Set Screen Brightness and Timeout (Custom DPC): You can now configure the screen timeout and brightness settings on corporate-owned Android devices. Supported on Android devices enrolled in Work Managed mode (any OS version) and Corporate Owned Personally Enabled mode (Android 15 and higher). This feature can be used with a Custom Settings profile.

• Users can start Conditional Access registration from Intelligent Hub: Before Workspace ONE UEM can start sending device information to Microsoft or Google for conditional access integrations, devices must first register with the respective platform. Users can now manually initiate registration from Intelligent Hub under the Account page. Note: KVP must be used to enable this feature: "displayRegisterConditionalAccessButton":true.

Resolved Issues

• AAGNT-202042: Google Conditional Access (BeyondCorp) registration failing with “Not Available” error.

• AAGNT-202041: Clear Work Passcode after device reboot does not work on Samsung devices.

Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub 25.10 for Android (November 2025)

New Features

• Support for Inactivity Timer with Microsoft SSO on Shared Devices: On shared devices configured for Check-in/Check-out with Workspace ONE Launcher, the Inactivity Timer feature suspends the user’s session when the device is idle for an extended period. Users must re-authenticate to resume their session in Workspace ONE Launcher. The Inactivity Timer feature is now supported for devices that are checked out using Microsoft SSO. To unlock the device and resume their session, users must authenticate again with Microsoft Entra ID.

• Users can connect to WiFi after an Enterprise Reset: When a Zebra Android device is Enterprise Reset from Workspace ONE UEM, the device is factory reset and automatically re-enrolled into Workspace ONE UEM. Historically, if a WiFi network configuration was not made persistent prior to the Enterprise Reset, the device would be unable to re-enroll and would become stuck in the Intelligent Hub welcome screen. Users can now manually connect to WiFi networks from this screen to complete the Enterprise Reset.

• Support for 16 KB page size: Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub for Android now supports devices configured with 16 KB memory page sizes. This enhancement improves Hub’s overall performance and stability, particularly on newer Android hardware architectures that utilize larger memory pages.

Resolved Issues

• AAGNT-201967: Several restrictions are not removed from the device when the Launcher profile is uninstalled.

• AAGNT-201964: When a Custom Settings profile with the Force Bluetooth On policy is removed from the device, Bluetooth remains forced on.

Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub 25.09 for Android (October 2025)

New Features

• Improvements to Enterprise Reset in Workspace ONE UEM modern architecture environments: On Workspace ONE UEM environments, Zebra Android devices will receive any non-persisted profiles and apps shortly after enrollment. Android Intelligent Hub will check in immediately with Workspace ONE UEM after completing the Enterprise Reset. As a result, any profiles and apps that were not persisted prior to the Enterprise Reset but that remain assigned to the device will be installed.

• Clear Conditional Access Registration with Microsoft Entra for Shared Devices. Workspace ONE UEM supports two ways to register Android Work-Managed devices for conditional access with Microsoft Entra. You can register them as shared devices or a single-user device. Both are supported for Android Work-Managed devices. Previously, if an Android Work-Managed device had been registered as a shared device, it was not possible to clear this configuration without re-enrolling the device. Clearing the settings is needed to re-register the device with Microsoft Entra as a single-user device, or as a shared device with a different MSFT Entra tenant. Clearing the MSFT Entra shared device conditional access registration is now supported.

• Change the Sort Order of your favorites: Hub now supports the ability to change the sort order of your favorite apps and bookmarks on the Favorites tab by A-Z and Z-A.

• Conditional Entitlements support: Hub supports conditional entitlement policies for app access that is set up in Hub Services.

• New Workspace ONE Mobile Threat Defense threat classifications: Mobile Threat Defense administrators can now configure new threat policies to determine when notification and storage permissions that are required for Workspace ONE Mobile Threat Defense have not been accepted.

Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub 25.08 for Android (September 2025)

New Features

Force Bluetooth on (Custom DPC) You can now administratively activate Bluetooth on managed Android devices. Workspace ONE UEM will activate Bluetooth when this profile is applied. If it is disabled by a user or other process, Workspace ONE UEM will immediately re-enable Bluetooth. This feature is available with Android Intelligent Hub 25.08 Beta using a Custom Settings profile payload. For more information, see Android Profiles for Custom DPC.

Enhancements to Microsoft Shared Device Mode registration For conditional access and application SSO integrations with Microsoft Entra, devices must first complete Shared Device Mode registration in Microsoft Authenticator. New retry flows have been introduced to handle cases where Shared Device Mode registration fails.

• HUB-12122: Hub crashes when Play Store is disabled and Go to Play Store is clicked.

Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub 25.07 for Android (August 2025)

New Features

• Support for Samsung devices on Android 16

• User interaction no longer required for Enterprise Reset: After a Zebra device undergoes an Enterprise Reset through Workspace ONE UEM, Intelligent Hub must complete certain setup screens. During this process, Intelligent Hub will no longer display privacy and analytics dialogs to users. As a result, user interaction is no longer required to complete the Enterprise Reset.

• Improved handling of multiple jobs for product provisioning: When a product is pushed multiple times to a device, multiple jobs for this product are sent to the device. Previously, if Intelligent Hub received several jobs at once, it would process all of them and upload logs for all jobs to the Workspace ONE UEM Console. Intelligent Hub will now only process the most recent job, and logs will only be displayed for this most recent job. Requires Workspace ONE UEM 2508.

Resolved Issues

• AGGL-18560: Enterprise Factory Reset Protection profile is sometimes not removed from device before Device Wipe on UEM modern architecture environments. This fix requires Workspace ONE UEM 2506.

• AAGNT-201153: Hub intermittently loses device management capabilities and crashes on Zebra Android 13 devices.

• AAGNT-201501: Device loses connectivity to Workspace ONE UEM when Samsung KNOX firewall profile is installed.

• AAGNT-201325: Products unexpectedly do not complete.

• AAGNT-201464: Enrollment for Samsung Android 11 devices in COPE mode fails.

• AAGNT-201511: Users not asked to re-authenticate when Workspace ONE Launcher inactivity timer is used with Workspace ONE Access.

• AGGL-18310: Identity Certificate field in AMAPI Wi-Fi payload does not work.

• HUB-12105: Unable to enroll single-user Android staging on Samsung S25 devices.

Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub 25.05 for Android (June 2025)

New Features

• Workspace ONE Mobile Threat Defense threat notifications will now show as pop-up notifications. When a threat is detected, the user will see a pop-up notification from Hub that appears on the screen. They will still be able to navigate to the notification tray to see the notification message.

• Support for the new Workspace ONE domain. As part of Omnissa’s branding updates, we are updating the web domain for Workspace ONE. This change impacts how Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub communicates with various services. Devices must be upgraded to Intelligent Hub 25.05 or higher to prevent loss of certain functionality. For more information, please see Update Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub for iOS and Android with new Workspace ONE domain.

• Support for disabling factory reset from bootloader on Samsung devices (Custom DPC only). This capability has been temporarily added to Android profiles and will be removed in a later release. The recommended way to deploy this policy continues to be via Samsung’s KNOX Service Plugin application. Administrators can configure this policy through profiles using Custom Settings. This is supported for devices managed using Custom DPC only.

Resolved Issues

• AAGNT-201200 – Hub overlay prevents users from interacting with top of screen during authentication with Identity Provider.

• AAGNT-201053 – Local Wi-Fi IP Address is not collected when Privacy Settings > Public IP Address is set to Do Not Collect.

• AAGNT-201188 – Status for completed product jobs remains stuck at Delivered.

• MTD-2670 - False Positive MiTM incidents occurring on Workspace ONE MTD activated devices particularly on high network latency or simulated network conditions.

Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub 25.04 for Android (May 2025)

New Features

• Support for new Advisory threat severity level in Workspace ONE Mobile Threat Defense The Advisory risk level allows for greater flexibility when managing policies. It lets administrators alert users to a threat policy violation without logging the issue in the MTD console, giving users additional time to fix the issue before compliance and response actions are triggered. When enabled, the new risk level will be available for all policy classifications in the risk level dropdown menu in the MTD console and will show up in the issue’s details screen in Intelligent Hub.

• Device Wipe can now fully remove Android factory reset protection When administrators issue a Device Wipe from Workspace ONE UEM, Intelligent Hub will now fully remove Factory Reset Protection (FRP). This prevents corporate-owned devices from being locked after a Device Wipe so that the organization can reuse them. Previously, administrators could only remove Enterprise Factory Reset Protection (EFRP) profiles from the device while sending a Device Wipe command to them.

• Users are blocked from navigating to other sites from Hub Privacy and Get Help pages Fixed an issue where users were able to navigate to other sites from the Privacy and Get Help pages in Intelligent Hub.

• In-app privacy disclosure now indicates what information is collected by Workspace ONE Launcher If Workspace ONE Launcher is installed on the device, the Privacy screen in Intelligent Hub will display what additional data Launcher collects from the device.

New Features

• Support for new application threat classifications with Workspace ONE Mobile Threat Defense: Some new application threat classifications are available in MTD in Intelligent Hub. These classifications which were previously grouped under existing classifications will now provide more specific descriptions of the application threat detected.

• AAGNT-200917: Initial passcode in Android profile is not set if previously the profile was removed and passcode was cleared.

New Features

• New badge to indicate internal beta applications: Display a beta badge for internal beta applications in the Hub Client to indicate their status to users.

• Improvements to Terms of Use for Enrollment and Apps: Display the most current EULA with its expiry time and highlight those due soon.

Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub 25.01 for Android (February 2025)

New Features

• Improvements to Intelligent Hub notifications in Android notification drawer. All unread notifications posted by Intelligent Hub are now shown in the Android notification drawer in a group. Previously, only the latest notification was shown.

• Default Samsung KNOX License Key now supports premium features. During enrollment of Samsung devices, Intelligent Hub activates a KNOX License Key to enable Samsung-specific enterprise features. The default key that Hub activates now supports premium features. Organizations can now leverage features in the KNOX Service Plugin application that previously required a custom KNOX Platform for Enterprise key. If organizations push their custom KNOX License Key through Workspace ONE UEM (whether through Intelligent Hub Settings or through KNOX Service Plugin), Intelligent Hub will continue to activate this custom key.

• Improvements to the Enrollment Terms of Use Allows users to see their previously accepted Terms of Use as well as see the title defined from UEM for the Terms of Use instead of a generic title.
