Join the Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP) for Omnissa Dynamic Environment Manager <a id="join-ceip"></a>

Dynamic Environment Manager participates in Omnissa's Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP). CEIP provides Omnissa with information that enables Omnissa to improve its products and services, fix problems, and advise you on how best to deploy and use our products.

You can choose to join the CEIP, or leave the CEIP anytime. For information about the type of data that Omnissa collects through the CEIP, and how Omnissa uses that data, see Trust Center.

Note: The Omnissa Customer Experience Improvement Program dialog box is displayed the first time when you launch the DEM Management Console and you must make a selection. You can change your selection at any time by following the procedure described in this section.

1. Start the DEM Management Console.

2. Click Configure, and then click the Omnissa CEIP tab.

   The Omnissa CEIP tab displays the current participation status, with an option to change the status.

3. Click Modify.

   The Omnissa Customer Experience Improvement Program dialog box is displayed.

4. Select or deselect the Join Omnissa Customer Experience Improvement Program check box.

5. Click OK.
