Experience Management 2412 for Horizon
New Features
- We've added Horizon Advanced Telemetry.
- Easily activate and deactivate the sending and displaying of telemetry data using the toggle menu option for an entire organization, a single edge, or multiple edges in your Horizon Next-Gen deployment.

- Use the Experience Management agent for Horizon 2412 on Windows Horizon (single-session or multi-session).
- Use the Horizon Agent 2412 or later.

- We are always working to improve Experience Management for Horizon with every release. There are no major bug fixes to report.

Experience Management 2407 for Horizon
New Features

We've added support for Horizon multi-session desktops and applications for App Performance, Application Crash, Application Hang, and Application Usage (Start/Exit/Foreground) telemetry.

Use the new GPO (Group Policy Object) Load Time breakdown data for Horizon sessions, which is applicable for both single-session VDI desktops and multi-session published desktops and applications.

You can identify whether users installed applications using App Volumes or not with the new App Volumes integration with Experience Management for Horizon.

Analyze the health of Horizon Connection Servers and UAGs with newly introduced Management Components from within the Experience Management Horizon console.

Experience Management 2404 for Horizon
New Features
Introducing App Performance, Application Crash, Application Hang, and Application Usage (Start/Exit/Foreground) telemetry support for Horizon VDI desktop sessions.
- App Performance includes date for App Name, Version, CPU, Memory, and Disk Consumption. Data is aggregated and displayed within Omnissa Intelligence, Experience Management for Horizon dashboards.
- In the Per Horizon Sessions Performance dashboards, find the top CPU and Memory consumption applications shown per Horizon session.
- This data helps you understand which application is causing high CPU or Memory consumption for the Horizon session you are looking at.
- The system scores CPU and Memory resource consumption to help you understand application performance at the organization level.
- Application Crash and Hang data offers insights into application stability at the organization level.
- These events are under the Employee Experience > Apps (Horizon) data category within Omnissa Intelligence.
- You can check crashes or hangs in the dashboard under Apps for specific offending applications within Omnissa Intelligence.
- Application Usage-related events provide insights into usage information for specific applications at the organization level.
- These events are under the Employee Experience > Apps (Horizon) data category.

Known Issues
DCP-7020: When the App Volumes agent is installed, Experience Management's real-time configuration change does not take effect for the listed published functions, setLogLevel, setLogConfiguration, and Activate or Deactivate.
As a workaround, exclude registries in the App Volumes configuration file %svagent%\Config\Default\Snapvol.cfg.
