You can configure Horizon Client to connect automatically to a server after you start the client application. You can also configure a server to open a particular remote desktop automatically when you connect to that server. You cannot configure a server to open a published application automatically.
Prerequisites

Get credentials for connecting to the server, such as a user name and password, RSA SecurID user name and passcode, RADIUS authentication user name and passcode, or smart card personal identification number (PIN).
-
To ensure that the server autoconnect feature takes effect, deactivate the Lock the Server URL option in the Server URL GPO policy as described in Using Group Policy Settings to Configure Horizon Windows Client.
Configure autoconnection for a server
-
Start Omnissa Horizon Client.
-
In the server list, open the settings menu (...) for the specified server and select Autoconnect to This Server.
