Omnissa Pass 26.03 - April 2026

New Features

  • Support for Pass Device Status report in Omnissa Access: The Omnissa Pass application now supports sending data on the security posture of Omnissa Pass devices. This data is available in the Pass Device Status report in Omnissa Access for Omnissa Pass Advanced customers and helps administrators assess the security health of authenticator devices.
  • Approve sign-in without requirement to tap on push notification: Users can now approve sign-ins via push notifications without having to tap the notification. Directly launching the Omnissa Pass application will now present the sign-in prompt.

Minimum Requirements

  • iOS 16+
  • Device requirements:
    • The device security lock must be enabled to access the application after installation.
    • The device cannot have unauthorized operating system modifications or elevated privileges.
  • Omnissa Access Cloud (for administrator configuration and management)

Download Instructions

  1. On your device, go to the Apple App Store.
  2. Search for and install the Omnissa Pass application.
  3. Register the application with Omnissa Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub. See Configure Pass App Authentication in Omnissa Access for information.

New Features

There are no new features in this release. This release includes bug fixes to improve the app experience.

Omnissa Pass 25.11 - November 2025

New Features

Omnissa Pass is a multi-factor authentication (MFA) application that enables secure logins to applications and web services. Use Omnissa Pass to receive passcodes for authentication to your corporate account and applications while protecting against unauthorized access and credential theft.

This application is primarily intended for enterprise use with Omnissa Access and related services. The use of this app for personal accounts is incidental and provided as-is without support or service guarantees by Omnissa.

This release includes the following features:

  • Time-based one-time passcodes (TOTP) generation for secure authentications
  • Device security policies enforcements including device attestation checks, security lock, and compromise detections
  • Login approvals using push notifications
  • Administrator reporting and monitoring of application registrations
  • Protections against phishing and other MFA attacks
  • Support for use as first-factor, second-factor, and step-up authentication

Known Issues

Issue: Push notifications are not shown when the Omnissa Pass application is in the foreground and has been locked by the device PIN or biometric credential.

Workaround: Close the app and open the notification tray or try sending the notification again.
