For SaaS environments only, you can configure Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Assist maintenance and upgrade notifications (and notifications when an Omnissa Employee logs into your environment) to be sent to a distribution list or to shared email recipients at the tenant level.
You can configure SaaS Notifcations only at the customer or partner level organization groups (OG). Select a customer or partner OG by using the OG drop-down.
- Current Setting – The SaaS Notifications settings page defaults its Current Setting to the Override setting only. The Inherit setting is restricted.

Select Admin Opt-In, and your admins see a Maintenance and Upgrade option underAccount Settings > Notifications which they use to opt in or out of maintenance and upgrade notifications. |
| Notification Recipients | This option displays only when Maintenance and Upgrade Notifications is set to Designate Recipients. Enter one or more email addresses of the admins you want to add, then select the Add button. Multiple emails must be separated by commas. You can delete the entire distribution list by selecting the Delete button. |
| Omnissa Employee Login Notification | Enable to notify designated recipients when a Omnissa employee accesses your customer or partner OG. Notifications are not sent for Omnissa employees at Global OG, when logging into a different customer tenant, or at the AirWatch Internal OG in the environment. |

- Child Permission – The SaaS Notifications settings page defaults its Child Permission setting to Inherit Only exclusively. Both the Override Only and Inherit or Override settings are restricted.
