User Environment Settings

You can use Dynamic Environment Manager to centrally manage user settings that users require to perform their daily tasks. The settings are applied when a user logs in or starts a certain application.

For example, a multinational corporation has end users from multiple countries. The company can centrally manage the different display languages, wallpapers, keyboard configurations, and other regional settings.

By using Dynamic Environment Manager, you can manage the following settings:

  • ADMX-based settings
  • Application blocking
  • Application shortcuts and file type associations
  • Display language
  • Drive and printer mappings
  • Environment variables
  • Files, folders, and registry settings
  • Folder redirection
  • Hide drives
  • Horizon Smart Policies
  • Logon and logoff tasks
  • Privilege Elevation
  • Triggered tasks
