Intelligence 26.08.24
New Features
- Configure workflow connectors to notify specific admins when connectors become disconnected.
- The past workflow connector behavior notified only the connector's creator.
- Choose whether a connector sends disconnect notifications at all, and if activated, choose which admins receive them (up to 100 recipients) via both email and in-app notifications.
- Existing connectors are unaffected by default.
- The original creator remains the sole recipient unless changed.
- Newly created connectors have no default recipient, so an admin must explicitly configure who gets notified.
- For details see the topic Workflow Connectors on the Omnissa Doc site.

- For details, see the Omnissa Community post Network Connectivity Map is Now GA on Physical Devices — See Every Hop Behind a Connectivity Complaint.

- Web App Experience Dashboards are generally available.

New Features
- Added proactive alerts that notify admins whenever a connector loses its authorization.
- When a workflow connector changes status with a failure to connect, the system sends an in‑app notification and sends an email notification.

- We've added Freestyle notification actions with personalizations.
- Send notifications to devices and users.
- Target a specific device using its UUID with device‑aware content or target a specific user with their email or user name.
- The previous Send Notifications action is now labeled as (legacy), although it remains available for existing workflows.
