Linux Device Management

Intelligent Hub GUI for Linux (Agent Mode)

View resource installation progress

After you complete enrollment, the Intelligent Hub installs the resources assigned to the device, such as profiles. The installation progress appears in the Intelligent Hub window.

  • After a resource finishes installing, the resource remains in the list and displays an Installed status with a check mark.
  • When all assigned resources finish installing, the Intelligent Hub displays the Device Details page.

View device details and support information

After enrollment and resource installation complete, the Intelligent Hub displays the Support tab with the device details page. Use this page to review the status of the enrolled device, sync the device with the console, and collect logs for support.

The Device Details page displays the following information.

Device details page with the options

  • Device name — The host name of the enrolled device.
  • Last Seen — The date and time of the most recent communication between the device and Workspace ONE UEM.
  • Enrollment — The enrollment status of the device. For example, Enrolled.
  • Compliance — The compliance status of the device. For example, Compliant.
  • Encryption — The encryption status of the device. For example, Encrypted.

The Support tab provides buttons that perform common device actions. Each button corresponds to a ws1HubUtil command-line utility. If you prefer to use the command line, see Command-line Utilities for Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub on Linux.

  • Sync Device helps to send the latest device information to the Workspace ONE UEM console and retrieve any new resource assignments, such as profiles and applications.

  • Collect Logs collects the device logs to help support troubleshoot issues with the enrolled device. The Intelligent Hub gathers all Hub and Assist logs, compresses them into a zip file, and saves them to the device.

  • Device Details lists the information about the device. For more information about the options available on the device details page, see Linux Device Details.
