What if the Workspace ONE Send app is not being listed within the Workspace ONE Boxer?

(Applicable for Android Only) Verify and confirm if com.airwatch.vmsend is being whitelisted in the Workspace ONE Boxer profile settings on the UEM console for the Workspace ONE Send app to appear within Workspace ONE Boxer.

Workspace ONE Boxer or Workspace ONE Content shows an error message while opening an attachment into Workspace ONE Send.

Why are all the apps being listed when sharing the document from O365 app into Workspace ONE Boxer through Workspace ONE Send? In addition, I am able to save the attachment to Personal Location.

When the Workspace ONE Send app is not registered and not honoring the Microsoft Azure policies, this issue occurs. Try re-registering the app.

Can the user open attachments from Workspace ONE Boxer into any app if Workspace ONE Send app is not registered or not installed

This setting is governed by the PolicyAllowAIPFilesToOpenInOffice. User can open attachments from Workspace ONE Boxer into any app if the PolicyAllowAIPFilesToOpenInOffice is set to false.

• When app is not installed, a prompt is displayed to install the Send app.
• When app is installed and not registered, a prompt is displayed to sign in using the user credentials.

Can the user send files to third party apps through Workspace ONE Send?

This setting is governed by the Allow app to send data to other apps policy. When this policy is set to:

• All - user can send files to third party apps and policy managed apps.
• Policy managed apps - user can send files only to policy managed apps like word.
• None - user cannot send files to third party apps. A prompt Cannot Open Document is displayed.

What is the effect of opening an attachment from unmanaged Workspace ONE Boxer into Workspace ONE Send app?

Workspace ONE Send displays Action is not Allowed error.
