Directory services setup requires you to integrate your Workspace ONE UEM environment with your directory service including attribute mapping for users and user groups. Currently we support multi-domain single forest integration. Use the Directory Services page to configure the settings that let you integrate your Workspace ONE UEM server with your domain controller (the server hosting your directory services).
You can configure Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) settings on this page.
After entering server settings, you can filter searches to identify users and groups. You can set options to auto merge and sync between your Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM configured groups and directory service groups. You can also map attribute values between Workspace ONE UEM user attributes and your directory attributes.
Note: For Software as a Service (SaaS) customers, directory services integration requires you to install the Airwatch Cloud Connector. For more information, see the Workspace ONE Quick Configuration Guide.
