Omnissa Customer Experience Improvement Program

The Omnissa Customer Experience Improvement Program (“CEIP”) provides Omnissa with information that enables Omnissa to improve its products and services, fix problems, and advise you on how best to deploy and use our products.

You can join or leave the CEIP for this product at any time from the Admin UI.

For information about the type of data that Omnissa collects through the CEIP, and how it uses that data, see the Trust Center at https://www.omnissa.com/trust-center/.

Procedure

1. From Appliance Configuration > System Configuration > turn on or turn off the CEIP toggle.

   If you turn on, the Omnissa Customer Experience Improvement Program dialog appears with the checkbox selected to indicate that you are joining the program.

2. Review the information on the dialog and click Close.

3. Click Save on the System Configuration page to save your changes.
