Action Required - Update ENS (Email Notification Service) CNS (Cloud Notification Service) URL by June 30
All ENS onprem customers must update their configuration to ensure uninterrupted iOS and Android Boxer notifications.
If your organization filters outbound traffic via domain name, please follow this link to ensure you make the proper firewall changes: KB article.
Due to Microsoft’s planned retirement of Exchange Web Services (EWS) in Exchange Online on October 1, 2026, Workspace ONE Boxer now relies on Microsoft Graph API for certain functionalities.
To ensure uninterrupted access to email, calendar, online meeting creation in Teams and Zoom, and related features, Exchange Online administrators must grant the necessary Microsoft Graph API permissions. Failure to do so may result in synchronisation issues.
No changes are required for Exchange On-prem customers.
For more information about the retirement of Exchange Web Services (EWS) in Exchange Online, see this Microsoft article.

New Features
-
Accept Proposed New Time
-
This feature allows a meeting organizer to respond with a single tap to new, proposed times from meeting attendees.
-
When a meeting attendee declines or tentatively accepts an invite and proposes a new time for the meeting, the meeting organizer receives an email with a prompt that allows the organizer to accept or ignore the proposed time.
-
Meeting organizers can see their own availability during the proposed slot before they respond to the proposed time.
-
If the organizer accepts the proposed time, the meeting is moved to the proposed slot. New meeting invites are sent to all attendees and the attendees are prompted to respond to the new invite.

-
Out of Office Notification Improvements
-
This feature improves user experience when a user turns on automatic replies for out of office.
-
A banner appears preceding the email list and remains displayed until the automatic replies are turned on.
This behavior replaces the earlier behavior where a pop-up message appears every 24 hours when the Workspace ONE Boxer application is open and out of office setting is turned on.
-
Automatic replies can be turned off by using the Turn OFF button on the banner.
-
The banner disappears when the duration of the automatic replies end as per the configured time or when the Automatic replies setting is manually turned off.
-
-

The improvements are for the following features:
-
Better error handling
-
Delegated accounts use case improvements
-
User experience improvements when there are attached files in the drafts
