What’s in the release notes?
Omni Release Notes describe the new features and enhancements in each release. These notes contain a summary of the new capabilities, issues that have been resolved, and known issues that have been reported. Omni is Omnissa’s AI conversational assistant designed to help you work smarter across Omnissa products including Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM, Omnissa Horizon, Omnissa Connect, Omnissa Intelligence, and Omnissa Workspace ONE Experience Management.

New Features
- Announcing the general availability release of Omni.
- Omni is a GenAI-powered assistant integrated into UEM, Intelligence, Connect, and Horizon consoles.
- It uses natural language queries to answer questions, resolve issues, and assist with diagnostics and root cause analysis.
- Omni includes two tools.
- Knowledge Search: Enhances troubleshooting and support through search and summarization of Omnissa documentation.
- Data Analysis: Uses natural language queries to retrieve data stored in the Intelligence data lake, and for more details and to further refine queries, use Omni-Powered Data Explorer.
- Document search and summarization (Knowledge Search) is available to all users. Natural language querying of the Intelligence data lake is only available to customers with premium Intelligence licenses.
Resolved Issues
- We are always working to improve Omni with every release. There are no major bug fixes to report.
Known Issues
- We haven’t identified any notable known issues. If you’re facing problems, reach out to the Omnissa Global Customer Services (GCS) team.
