Configuring ThinApp Packages in Workspace ONE Access

AppID

An administrator must assign a specific GUID to this parameter. The GUID is a unique identifier that can be used across all Horizon programs and services using the ThinApp package. Workspace ONE Access uses the GUID to identify the package in the ThinApp repository and to check entitlement.

When AppID=genid, ThinApp runtime assigns a random GUID to the ThinApp package.

HorizonOrgURL

The HorizonOrgURL parameter indicates the Workspace ONE Access URL of an organization, which can be specified in the Setup Capture wizard.

For example:

HorizonOrgURL=https://customerdomain.horizonmanager.com

When a user tries to start the ThinApp package, the Workspace ONE Access service at the URL initiates a Workspace ONE Access Desktop application installation if the application is not already installed.
