Content Gateway 错误

使用以下过程诊断并修复在环境中配置 Content Gateway 时可能遇到的任何问题。

用户使用在 NetApp 服务器上托管的共享时遇到的同步、下载和上载问题。

1. 登录到 Workspace ONE UEM Console。

2. 导航到 Content Gateway 配置页面。

3. 在自定义网关设置部分中，单击添加行。

4. 在显示的表中，输入以下值：

   • 键 = aw.fileshare.jcifs.active

   • 类型 = Boolean

   • 值 = true

     默认值为 false。

5. 单击保存。

6. 在 Unified Access Gateway 管理 UI 中，导航到 Content Gateway 设置页面。

7. 单击保存。

   **注意：**保存 Unified Access Gateway 管理 UI 中的设置时，将从 Workspace ONE UEM Console 中获取 Content Gateway 配置，并重新启动 Content Gateway 服务。

要使 Content Gateway 配置更改生效，必须更新 Workspace ONE UEM Console 中的值，然后保存 Unified Access Gateway 管理 UI 中的 Content Gateway 设置。
