You must enable the Horizon View Script Host service on an RDS host before you configure a load balancing script. The Horizon View Script Host service is disabled by default.
Procedure

Log in to the RDS host as an administrator.

Start Server Manager.

Select Tools > Services and navigate to the Horizon View Script Host service.

Open the right-click menu on the service's name and select Properties.

In the Properties dialog box, select Automatic from the Startup type drop-down menu and click OK to save your changes.

Open the right-click menu on the service's name again and select Start to start the Horizon View Script Host service.
Results
The Horizon View Script Host service restarts automatically each time the RDS host starts.
