Printing From a Remote Desktop or Published Application

With the Integrated Printing feature, you can print to a network printer or a locally attached printer from a remote desktop or published application.

To use this feature, a Horizon administrator must install Horizon Agent on the virtual machine or RDS host with the Integrated Printing option enabled. For more information, see the Windows Desktops and Applications in Horizon document.

A Horizon administrator can turn off the Integrated Printing feature by using the Disable printer redirection for non-desktop client group policy setting. For more information, see the Horizon Remote Desktop Features and GPOs document.
