When Omnissa Identity Service is deployed on premises with Omnissa Access, you can create and manage local administrators from the Identity Service console. The local administrators are created in both Identity Service and Omnissa Access.
Local administrators are user accounts that exist only within your Identity Service and Omnissa Access environments — they are not synced from an external identity provider.
You can only create local administrators from the Administrators tab in the Identity Service console. Local administrator accounts cannot be created directly in Omnissa Access when Identity Service is enabled.
Note that local administrators must append /localadmin to the Omnissa Access URL to log in to the Omnissa Access console (for Omnissa Access or Omnissa Identity Service administration). See Login URL for Local Administrators.
Note: The Administrators tab is available in on-premises Omnissa Identity Service deployments only. For cloud deployments, administrators are provisioned and managed through Omnissa Connect.

Login URL for Local Administrators
After Omnissa Identity Service is enabled in Omnissa Access on premises, local administrators must use a special URL to log in to the Omnissa Access console (for Omnissa Access or Omnissa Identity Service administration).
Append /localadmin to your Omnissa Access URL:
https://AccessFQDN/localadmin
