You can monitor the real-time provisioning status of your Omnissa Identity Service directory. The directory’s Status tab provides a central location for you to view all errors that occur during provisioning from Identity Service to the Omnissa services integrated with it, such as Workspace ONE UEM and Access. You can also see at a glance whether provisioning is ongoing or disconnected.
Use this information along with the identity provider provisioning logs to troubleshoot provisioning errors.
When you integrate your identity provider with Omnissa Identity Service, provisioning occurs in two stages:
-
From the identity provider to Omnissa Identity Service
For provisioning errors related to this stage, see the provisioning logs in the identity provider console. See Review Identity Provider Provisioning Logs for more information. -
From Omnissa Identity Service to Omnissa services such as Workspace ONE UEM
For provisioning errors related to this stage, see the Omnissa Identity Service directory's Status tab.
The Omnissa Identity Service Status tab displays real-time data. As you troubleshoot and fix problems, and provisioning succeeds for certain objects, the related errors are removed from the page.
You can view historical data in the Events tab. See Viewing Audit Events in Omnissa Identity Service for more information.

All current provisioning errors appear on the page.
-
To check the overall status of provisioning, review the summary at the top of the page.

The information is reported by service and includes:
-
Provisioning Status: A status of Connected indicates that provisioning from Omnissa Identity Service to the service is ongoing, while Disconnected indicates that provisioning is stopped. Provisioning can be disconnected for various reasons, for example, if the service could not be reached. Follow the guidance in the error message.
-
Number of Errors: Errors are grouped by user, group, and membership. You can click on a category to view the errors in that category.

You can search for an object such as a user or group by typing the first few letters of the object name in the search box. For users, search by userName value, that is, the login name. For groups, search by group name. For memberships, search by the userName of the user.
Note that you cannot use wildcards. Only "starts with" search is supported.
