Join or Leave the Customer Experience Improvement Program

The Omnissa Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP) provides information that Omnissa uses to improve its products and services, to fix problems, and to advise you on how best to deploy and use Omnissa products.

This product participates in Omnissa's Customer Experience Improvement Program ("CEIP"). Details regarding the data collected through CEIP and the purposes for which it is used by Omnissa are set forth at the Trust & Assurance Center at https://www.omnissa.com/trust-center/.

You can join or leave the CEIP for this product at any time from the Admin UI.

Procedure

1. In the Advanced Settings section, click the System Configuration gearbox icon.

2. Turn on the Join CEIP toggle.

   If you turn on this toggle, the Customer Experience Improvement Program dialog box appears with the check box selected to indicate that you are joining the program.

3. Review the information on the dialog and click Close.

4. Click Save on the System Configuration page to save your changes.
