To use UNC Path redirection from a remote desktop or published application to a client (agent-to-client redirection), you must enable the UNC Path Redirection feature when you install Horizon Agent.
Instead of double-clicking the installer file, start the Horizon Agent installation in a command prompt window.
Follow the prompts and complete the installation.
To verify that the UNC Path Redirection feature is installed, make sure that the vmuncsvc.exe and uncRedirection.dll files are in the %PROGRAMFILES%\Omnissa\Horizon\Agent\bin\UncRedirection directory.
