You can temporarily suspend the Directory Sync, User Auth, Kerberos Auth, and Virtual App services from the Omnissa Access console when required, such as when you want to perform maintenance activities on the connector server. Authentication and sync traffic is not directed to suspended services.
For example, when you need to run Windows updates on the connector server, suspend the services, run the Windows updates, then activate the services.
Procedure

Log in to the Omnissa Access console.

Select Integrations > Connectors.

Select the connector, then click Manage.

Click the toggle next to each service name to suspend the services.

When you are ready to activate the services, click the toggle again.
