Join the Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP) for Dynamic Environment Manager

Dynamic Environment Manager participates in ’s Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP). CEIP provides with information that enables to improve its products and services, fix problems, and advise you on how best to deploy and use our products.

You can choose to join the CEIP, or leave the CEIP anytime. For information about the type of data that collects through the CEIP, and how uses that data, see Trust & Assurance Center.

Note: The Customer Experience Improvement Program dialog box is displayed the first time when you launch the Dynamic Environment Manager Management Console and you must make a selection. You can change your selection at any time by following the procedure described in this section.

1. Start the Dynamic Environment Manager Management Console.

2. Click Configure, and then click the CEIP tab.

   The CEIP tab displays the current participation status, with an option to change the status.

3. Click Modify.

   The Customer Experience Improvement Program dialog box is displayed.

4. Select or deselect the Join Customer Experience Improvement Program check box.

5. Click OK.
