You can upgrade the Helpdesk Support Tool from earlier versions by installing the new ADMX templates that are provided in the Dynamic Environment Manager download package and upgrading the software.
Procedure

Install the new ADMX Administrative Template by using Group Policy Management Editor.

Upgrade the Helpdesk Support Tool.
