This product participates in the Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP). When you choose to participate in CEIP, we receive anonymous information to improve the quality, reliability, and functionality of our products and services. You can choose to join App Volumes to the program, or leave the CEIP anytime.
Details regarding the data collected through CEIP and the purposes for which it is used by Omnissa are given at the Omnissa Trust Center.
Note: The CEIP text box is displayed the first time after you configure App Volumes Manager and you must make a selection. You can change your selection at any time by following the procedure described in this section.
Procedure

In the App Volumes Manager UI, navigate to CONFIGURATIONS > Settings > Advanced Settings.

To join the program, turn on the Join the Omnissa CEIP toggle switch and to leave the program, turn off the switch.
Note:
In addition to information collected for CEIP, Operational Data may be collected. This means that we may monitor and collect configuration, performance, usage, and consumption data relating to Customer’s and its Users’ use of the Software to facilitate the delivery and operation of the products and services (collectively, “Operational Data”) as described in the Privacy Notice.
The collection of Operational Data is entirely separate from CEIP, and may occur whether or not you have joined CEIP. You can deactivate the collection of Operational Data by contacting support.
