Identity Governance and Administration for Enterprise Federation

Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) is a service that allows your enterprise to obtain data for audit trail and certification and to manage self-service access requests, approvals, and violations in real time in Omnissa Cloud Services.

There are advanced IGA features available to users with federated domains.

• Non-Organization members can request Organization and service roles access during onboarding.
• Organization owners can link their Organizations to their Identity Provider and activate the advanced IGA features on their own.

As an Enterprise Administrator of a federated domain, you can activate or disable the advanced IGA features for some or all Omnissa Cloud Services Organization in your enterprise. See Enable Advanced IGA Features for Federated Domains.

Activate advanced Identity and Governance Administration features for federated domains

Enterprise Administrators of federated domains can activate or deactivate advanced IGA features for Organizations in their enterprise from the federation dashboard in the Management Organization.

The Related Organizations section of the Enterprise Federation dashboard lets you view a list of the Organizations in your federated domains for which advanced IGA features are activated or deactivated. As an Enterprise Administrator you manage access to the advanced IGA features for all Organizations in your enterprise.

Procedure

1. Log in to the management organizaiton and open the Enterprise Federation dashboard.
2. In the Related Organizations section of the dashboard, click the IGA related Organizations tile.
3. In the list of Organizations that displays, select one or more Organizations for which to activate advanced IGA features.
4. Click Activate.

Results

The Organization Owner users of the selected Organizations are now able to use the advanced IGA features.
