Troubleshoot Settings After Performing a Proof of Concept with Easy Start

Installations configured with Easy Start can have extraneous files, making it difficult to read the log files.

Log files contain unnecessary information and are difficult to read, and Dynamic Environment Manager performs unnecessary actions.

Easy Start allows you to install a default set of Dynamic Environment Manager configuration items; however, these items are not specific to your environment, so you might have a number of disabled files and extraneous items. For example, you might have a number of unused shortcuts.

Procedure

  1. From the Dynamic Environment Manager Management Console, delete the items that are not required in your environment.

Note: Where possible, you should remove items rather than disabling them.
