You can temporarily prevent FlexEngine from processing a certain Flex configuration file.
Deactivating a Flex configuration file does not affect the user profile archives or profile archive backups.
Procedure

Start the Dynamic Environment Manager Management Console.

Right-click on the Flex configuration file that you want to deactivate and click Deactivate.
Results
The application title is dimmed, with (INACTIVE) appearing next to it.
