Configuring Registry Settings for Computer Environment

Configure the registry settings of the computer environment.

Procedure

1. Start the DEM Management Console.

2. Open the Computer Environment tab.

3. Select Registry Settings and click Create.

4. Enter a name for the settings definition.

5. Configure the registry settings.

   Option	Description
   Create	Manually create a registry file or import. Note: Imports take place in the context of LocalSystem. Apart from the two ImportMarker keys in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER hive that DEM requires, there is no use in referencing that hive. Instead, use this functionality to import settings into HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE keys.

6. Click Save.
