If you provide environment configuration by using a policy, you can lock down access to the DEM Management Console.
Enabling the Lock down access to Omnissa DEM Management Console policy setting from the Omnissa DEM Management Console.admx template locks down access to the DEM Management Console. By using the policy options, you can allow access to selected features.
For each configuration area, you can set the access level to Hide access, Allow read-only access, or Allow full access.

Read-only Mode Behavior
When you set a configuration area to Allow read-only access, administrators can navigate and inspect the configuration but cannot make or save changes. The Management Console provides visual indicators to identify read-only areas.
Prerequisites
Configure an environment by using Group Policy.
Procedure

Open the Group Policy Management Editor and access the Management Console folder, located in User Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates: Policy definitions (ADMX files) retrieved from the local computer. > Omnissa DEM.

Double-click the Lock down access to Omnissa DEM Management Console policy and click Enabled.
All configuration areas are set to Hide access by default.

For each configuration area, set the access level to Hide access, Allow read-only access, or Allow full access according to your requirements.

Click OK.
