To configure FlexEngine, you must create a GPO for Dynamic Environment Manager by using the administrative templates that are provided in the download package.
You can create a new GPO for Dynamic Environment Manager or use an existing one that is applied to the users for which you want to configure FlexEngine.
Procedure

Copy the Dynamic Environment Manager ADMX files and their corresponding ADML files from the download package to the correct
PolicyDefinitionsfolder on your Windows Domain Controller.The Dynamic Environment Manager ADMX files are located in the
Administrative Templates (ADMX)folder in the download package, and their corresponding ADML files are located in theAdministrative Templates (ADMX)\en-USfolder. For more information about the location of thePolicyDefinitionsfolder, go to the Microsoft Web site. -
Open the Group Policy Management Console.

Create a new GPO.
