Upgrade FlexEngine on all Windows Desktops and Terminal Servers

To upgrade Dynamic Environment Manager, you must first upgrade FlexEngine on all Windows desktops and Terminal Servers.

Important: If you choose to switch between Dynamic Environment Manager editions, DEM Standard Edition and DEM Enterprise Edition, within the same release, you must manually uninstall the current edition and perform a fresh install of the other edition.

Procedure

  1. As an administrator, run the MSI file that corresponds to your OS architecture and DEM edition (Standard or Enterprise).

    OptionDescription
    x86

    x64
    Previous_Company_Name Dynamic Environment Manager edition 2303 10.9 x64.msi
  2. Read and accept the End User License Agreement and click Next.

  3. Select only FlexEngine and its subfeatures to upgrade and click Next.
