Upgrade the ADMX Templates

Install the ADMX templates from the Dynamic Environment Manager download package to complete the upgrade process.

Important: If you choose to switch between Dynamic Environment Manager editions, DEM Standard Edition and DEM Enterprise Edition, within the same release, you must manually uninstall the current edition and perform a fresh install of the other edition.

Prerequisites

• Upgrade FlexEngine.
• Upgrade the DEM Management Console.

Procedure

1. Remove the previous ADMX templates from the Central Store on the Windows domain controller.

2. Open the Dynamic Environment Manager download package.

3. Copy the new ADMX templates from the download package to the Central Store on the Windows domain controller.

Results

You successfully upgraded Dynamic Environment Manager.
