What to Do If Horizon Windows Client Quits Unexpectedly

Symptom

Omnissa Horizon Client quits even if you do not close it.

Horizon Client quits unexpectedly. Depending on the server configuration, you might see a message such as There is no secure connection to the View Omnissa Horizon Connection Server. Sometimes a message does not appear.

Problem

This problem occurs when the connection to the server is lost.

Solution

• Restart Horizon Client. You can connect successfully when the server is running again. If you continue to have connection problems, contact your system administrator or Omnissa Support.
