Starting with DaaS 9.2.2, you must configure 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) on RSA SecurID on Unified Access Gateway (UAG) from the tenant admin portal.
Prerequisites
To configure 2FA on UAG from the Tenant Admin portal, you will need the following.
- UAG URL - in the form of
https://ip_address:port_number - UAG admin username
- UAG admin password
Procedure
-
From the Tenant Admin portal, select Settings > 2 Factor Auth.
-
Click the 2FA ON UAG button. The Retrieve Authentication Information screen displays. Enter the data as described above.
-
If 2 Factor Authentication is not configured, you will be prompted to select Radius or RSA as the authentication method.
-
When you select RSA SecurID, the Configuration screen displays. If you use a hostname instead of an IP address, then you must add the host entry in the Add Host Entry field (if required) before proceeding to RSA settings. This includes an IP address, a hostname, or an optional hostname alias in that order separated by a space. To add multiple host entries, separate them with a comma, for example:
10.192.168.1 Example 1,10.192.168.2 Example 1 alias1. -
To enter the correct RSA setting, see RSA SecurID in the appropriate version of the Deploying and Configuring Omnissa Unified Access Gateway guide in the Omnissa Product Documentation portal.
-
Click Save.
-
Click the UAG SESSION TIMEOUT button to modify the UAG brokering session timeout. Enter a value in seconds and click Save. For more details, see "Configure Unified Access Gateway System Settings" in the Deploying and Configuring Omnissa Unified Access Gateway guide.
-
If 2 Factor Authentication RSASecurID is configured on UAG, you will see a screen where you will disable or modify the existing 2FA Configuration RSASecurID on UAG. Toggle the Disable button to disable, or make changes as necessary to the existing content.
-
Click Save.
