Join the Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP) for ThinApp

This product participates in the Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP). When you choose to participate in CEIP, anonymous information is received to improve the quality, reliability, and functionality of products and services. You can choose to join ThinApp to the program, or leave the CEIP anytime.

Details regarding the data collected through CEIP and the purposes for which it is used are given at the Trust & Assurance Center at Omnissa Trust Center.

Note: On the Setup Capture - Customer Experience Improvement Program window, the Join the Customer Experience Improvement check box is selected by default. You can change your selection any time by modifying the QualityReportingEnabled ThinApp runtime parameter in the package.ini file. For more information about this parameter, see the Omnissa ThinApp Package.ini Parameters Reference Guide at Omnissa Product Documentation.

Procedure

1. To join the program, change the value of the QualityReportingEnabled parameter to 1 by following the procedure described in Modify the Package.ini File.

   To leave the program, the value of the parameter must be changed to 0.
