You can navigate to all the role-enabled features and MDM deployment within Workspace ONE UEM.
My Bookmarks - Access the console pages you visit most often by saving them with the star icon available on every console page. All saved pages appear in the Bookmarks tab, enabling quick, one‑click navigation.
Getting Started - Ensure that all aspects of a basic successful deployment are established. Getting Started is organized to reflect only those modules within a Workspace ONE UEM console deployment that you are interested in. Getting Started produces an onboarding experience that is more tailored to your actual configuration.
Devices - Get an overview of common aspects of devices in your fleet, including overall status, ownership type breakdown, last seen, platform type, and enrollment type. Swap views according to your own preferences, including full Dashboard, list view, and detail view. Access tabs, including all current profiles, enrollment registration status, staging, wipe logs, device updates, and peripheral management.
Resource management - manage the resources you install on devices. These include applications, books, device profiles, baselines, sensors, device profiles, scripts, certificates, and installation orders. Also view application analytics and logs with application settings, time schedules, and geofences. Get a detailed overview of content use, including storage history trends, user status, content status, engagement, and user breakdown. Manage and upload content available to users and devices. Also, access batch import status, content categories, content repositories, user storage, Content Locker homescreen configuration, and all other content-specific settings.
Orchestration - Run the Freestyle Orchestrator, a visual-based workflow construction kit including apps, profiles, and scripts. Outfit your Rugged Android devices with provisioned products, which are packages that include apps, relay server settings, hub/agent packages, actions that are triggered by device events, and other customizable conditions.
Monitor - View and manage MDM information that drives decisions you must make and access a quick overview of your device fleet. View information such as the most denylisted applications that violate compliance or track devices that are out of compliance. Track module licenses with the Workspace ONE Licenses. Troubleshoot the Workspace ONE UEM console or devices by reviewing Console Events and Device Events. Run customized reports and export those reports to a file that can be viewed with Excel. Access a detailed overview of Telecom-enabled devices, including use history, plan use, and roaming data. View and manage Telecom use, track roaming, including call, Short Message Service (SMS), and content settings.
Security - Review and assign compliance policies for your entire fleet. Use Tunnel profiles and configurations, and review a detailed overview of email information related to your deployment. Such information includes email management status, managed devices, email policy violations, deployment type, and time last seen.
Accounts - Survey and manage users and administrators involved with your MDM deployment. Access and manage user groups, roles, batch statuses, and settings for your users. Also, access and manage admin groups, roles, system activity, and settings associated with your administrators.
Groups & Settings - Manage structures, types, and statuses related to organization groups, smart groups, application groups, user groups, and Admin Groups. Access Configurations, which is a categorized and curated list of links that lead directly to the settings pages you need. Access All Settings for the full complement of settings that affect Workspace ONE UEM.
Omni - Access Omni, Omnissa's AI assistant, directly from the UEM console. Omni provides AI-powered insights and analysis in a full-page experience within the console. Omni appears in the main menu only when both of the following conditions are true:
- You are signed in using your Omnissa Connect credentials.
- Your Omnissa Connect administrator has assigned you the required Omni permission.
