Workspace ONE Browser Plugin provides the following capabilities:
- OAuth 2.0 PKCE-based authentication: Secure, standards-compliant authentication without requiring a client secret in the extension.
- Device information lookup: Retrieve device details from Workspace ONE UEM directly within your ITSM tool.
- Device actions: Seven device actions are supported.
- Context menu integration: Right-click any serial number on an ITSM page to trigger an instant device lookup.
- Multi-language support: The extension UI only supports English language.
- Secure token management: - Tokens are stored in Chrome's Extension Storage and refreshed automatically on 401 errors.
- XPath-based device identifier detection: The extension reads the device serial number from any ITSM page element using a configurable XPath expression.
