Configure Forgot Password Message for Password Recovery

On the Settings > Password Recovery page, you can change the default behavior when users click "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen.

Procedure

1. Navigate to the Omnissa Access console Settings > Password Recovery page.

2. In the Forgot Password Message Type, select the type of message you want to display.

   Default Value	The Default message is "Contact your administrator to rest your password"
   Custom Text	Select Custom Text and enter the message in the text box
   Link	Select Link to add a link to where the user can change the password. For example, enter https://changepassword.myco.com

3. To give users more information about why they cannot sign in, enable Show detailed message to End User when authentication fails.

4. Click SAVE.
