You can override the default setting for the Service Center session timeout.
By default, you are logged out of the Service Center after 30 minutes of inactivity. To override this default timeout period, perform the steps below.
Procedure

Select tenants > policy.
The Policy Configuration page displays.

Select Service Provider from the Tenant Name drop-down list.

Change the default value for the admin.session.timeout policy.
The value must be greater than zero.
