Deactivate Local Users in Omnissa Access

In the Omnissa Access service, you can deactivate local users to prevent users from signing in and accessing their Hub portal and entitled resources rather than deleting them.

Procedure

1. In the Omnissa Access console Accounts > Users page, select the local user account.

2. Toggle the Status to Disable

Results

The deactivated users cannot sign in to the portal or to resources they were entitled to. If they are working in an entitled resource when the local user is deactivated, the local user can access the resource until the session times out.
