Rescan Applications

To verify the existence and current state of each application package on the datastore, you can use the Rescan functionality in the App Volumes Manager admin UI.

The rescan operation only checks for Application Packages that are already known by the current App Volumes Manager deployment.

To import an application package which is captured outside the current App Volumes deployment, see Import an Application to App Volumes.

Procedure

1. From the App Volumes Manager console, navigate to INVENTORY > Applications.

2. Click Rescan.

   A list of available Application Packages is displayed with its current state.
