You can hide the Horizon Client window after you open a remote desktop or published application.
An administrator can use a configuration key or command-line option to configure whether the window is always hidden after a remote desktop or published application opens. For more information, see Horizon Client Configuration Settings and Command-Line Options.
Procedure

To hide the Horizon Client window after you open a remote desktop or published application, click the Close button in the corner of the Horizon Client window.

To change focus to another window from the client, a remote desktop, or a published application, press Alt + Tab.

To configure a setting that always hides the Horizon Client window after a remote desktop or published application opens, before you connect to a server, select File > Hide selector after launching from the menu bar.

To show the Horizon Client window after you have hidden it, select File > Return to Desktop and Applications List from the menu bar.
